Valerio Gabrielli, born in 1986 between Tuscia and Maremma.
After 12 years of tackles, I left the world of rugby for study and personal reasons.
Like a madman, with no experience and only thanks to information pulled from the web, in 2013 I started climbing alone, first in top-rope and then in self-belaying.

In 2014, I met some climbers from Viterbo, including Adriano and Stefano from the Tuscia Verticale gym, with whom I improved my technique and safety.
In 2015, I equipped a particular abandoned artificial structure, the Ponte di Luni on the Mignone, which currently hosts about 20 technical slab routes.
Since then, I have continued to restore or open new routes in various crags such as Ripa Majala, Narni alta and bassa, Soriano nel Cimino, other crags kept secret, and, entirely, the Loreno crag together with Adriano Quatrini.
To date, I am active as a rope climber, boulderer and route equipper.
