He started climbing in 2010, and immediately he was enthused by the mountaineering and the climbing activities. Since the beginning, he has explored every aspect of the climbing discipline: sport climbing, trad climbing, single pitches, multi-pitches climbing, indoor and outdoor bouldering.

He often travels abroad to explore new climbing areas.
He equipped many climbing routes and the crag of Uqbar, in Palermo.
He taught in a gym as UISP vice instructor.
