Approach

From Rome take the A1 highway towards Florence, exit at Fiano Romano, just before the barrier Roma Nord. From here take the SS4 Salaria towards Rieti. Shortly before Rieti, after a long gallery often closed for renovation, exit to the right along another stretch to four lanes and pass another gallery. Exit immediately after this second tunnel and take the SR 578 Cicolana on the left. Overcoming the village Casette. After a bridge, turn immediately on the left and park. Here you can park in the Grotti la Cura sectors and Grotti new sector. If you want reach Grotti High and Depot, continue to the first houses of the Grotti village, and park right where is the board "Grotti". From here, an easy track leads to the walls already visible.
