After more than 30 years, the historical spot of Ciampino still amazes us with new routes.
After the gardening of last year, the rock amphitheater of Ciampino showed new spaces.
Between the emerged spaces, I, along with Diego Allegrini and Flavio Cicconi set a new line, that we called Moai.

The first ascent was last Sunday, July 12m by Diego Allegrini, who proposed 6a+.
The route was named Moai because it climbs up a big rock nose, with a particular shape, which is like that of a Moai of the Easter Island.
And of course, here in Rome, since the Ancient times, we do not miss a hint of exotic.
Everybody was aware of obelisks and pyramids. Now we have a Moai too 🥰❤️😊
