Mount Circeo, where Circe still does her magic

Mount Circeo ridge: here is the video with the amazing landscapes of one of the most beautiful paths on the Mediterranean coast, by  Emiliano Della Bella and his son Andrea on January 11, 2020 (before the quarantine).

The path is not easy, even if well-marked and cleared. It starts from Torre Paola (=Paola Tower) and arrives on the top of Mount Circeo (541m above the sea level), with a total elevation gain of 580m, due to various up and downs.

It is very exposed and offers on one side a breathtaking view on craggy scarps that come right down to the water's edge, and on the other side the gentle landscape of the Lazio Antiapennines.

Due to the low altitude and to the proximity of the sea, this path is good for winter hiking.

Thanks Emiliano for the nice title.
