ClimbAdvisor è ClimbAdvisor è una collana di guide difitali di scalata, alcune gratuite, altre a pagamento.

È stata sviluppata dall' Associazione Culturale Daidalea.

Garantisce all’utente un totale e completo anonimato.
Infatti non richiede nessun tipo di registrazione, o di identificazione.
Chiunque può consultare la parte gratuita. Per quel che riguarda la parte a pagamento, dopo che una guida è stata acquistata, può essere consultata da chiunque usi il dispositivo sul quale la app è installata.

Inoltre la app

  • non conserva nessun dato dell’utente (compresa la sua posizione, o le caratteristiche del suo

    dispositivo) in nessun tipo di archivio

  • non inoltra né trasmette a nessuno i dati relativi all’utente, né alla sua posizione, né alle

    caratteristiche del suo dispositivo

  • non conserva memoria dell’utilizzo delle varie guide da parte dell’utente

  • non conserva in memoria nulla, al di fuori delle informazioni relative alle guide (cioè del

    contenuto informativo stesso della app)

  • non si collega a nessun sito web se non dietro richiesta esplicita dell’utente (la connessione a

    www.climbadvisor.it per effettuare lo scarico delle guide è sempre e solo provocata da una richiesta di

    scarico o di acquisto)

  • consente all’utente di effettuare telefonate e di scrivere mail solo a seguito di una sua esplicita

    richiesta

  • non accede direttamente ai contatti dell’utente né ad altri suoi dati personali (e di conseguenza

    non li usa)

  • avvisa l’utente ogni qualvolta una sua richiesta comporta l’uso di una connessione al web

  • non utilizza le funzionalità del GPS in background

  • utilizza le funzionalità GPS solo dietro richiesta dell’utente, e solo fino ad esaurimento della

    richiesta stessa (oppure fino a che l’utente non chiude la pagina sulla quale le ha chieste, senza

    aspettare che il servizio termini)

  • demanda interamente agli Stores che distribuiscono la app stessa la gestione delle ricevute dei

    pagamenti, e la conservazione delle stesse

  • non usa i sensori di microfono o fotocamera

  • non contiene funzionalità di sicurezza o antivirus, ad esempio funzioni antivirus, antimalware o

    relative alla sicurezza

  • non blocca né interferisce con nessun’altra app

  • non altera il gameplay di altre app

  • non utilizza né accede a servizi o API che costituiscono una violazione dei termini di servizio

  • non tenta di aggirare le misure di gestione dell’alimentazione del sistema

  • non rimanda all’installazione di nessun altro software

  • non introduce né sfrutta vulnerabilità di sicurezza

  • non carpisce dati all’utente, né rileva informazioni sull’utilizzo che fa del dispositivo (e ovviamente

    nemmeno li trasmette)

ClimbAdvisor is a series of digital climbing guides, some are free and others require payment.

The app was developed by the Associazione Culturale Daidalea.

It gives the user total and complete anonymity.

Anyone can consult its free part.  As regards the premium parts, the purchased topos can be viewed by anyone using the device on which the app is installed.

The app

  • does not store any user data (such as his location, or the features ot his device)  in nessun tipo di archivio

  • The app does not forward any user data, does not transmit any user data

  • The app does not cache in memory how the user uses the topos, and which pages the user has been visiting

  • The app does not store in his memory anything but its topos

  • The app does not connect to any website unless expressly requested by the user (in fact, the connection to the website www.climbadvisor.it, needed to download the topos always stems from a user request)

  • The app allows the user to make phone calls and write e-mails unless expressly requested by the user

  • The app does not directly access the user’s contacts or any other personal information of the user

  • The app alerts the user whenever his request needs a web connection

  • The app does not use GPS functionality in the background

  • The app only uses GPS functionality following a corresponding user request, and only  until the completion of
    request itself (or until the user closes the activity in which he requested the service, before waiting for the completion)

  • The app entrusts entirely the Stores that distribute the app to the management of payments and the storing of the payment receipts

  • The app does not use the sensors of the microphone or camera

  • The app does not contain security or antivirus functionalities (software), such as antivirus, antimalware or security-related 

  • The app does not block any other app and does not interfere with any other app

  • The app does not  alter the gameplay of any other app

  • The app does not use services or API  non utilizza né accede a servizi o API whoch constitute a  Terms of service violation

  • The app does not try to overcome  the system power management measures 

  • The app does  not link the installation of any other software

  • The app does not introduce security vulnerabilities and does not take advantage of them

  • The app does not steal data from the user, and does not  detect (and not collect) information about the use  that the user makes of the device
