Born in 1949, in the early ‘60s I spent the holidays in the Salesians summer camps at Sibillini Mountains. In 1979, during the summer, with a caver friend we began to bolt the first route in Pale, straight from the bottom.

In the early 80s I refunded the Italian Alpin Club  section of Foligno.

Since 2007 I started the 'rebolting' of the Pale crag, with certified stainelss steel inox bolts.
