As a boy, he read a book, given to him by his header brother, and fell in love with mountaineering.

At now he set about 40 multi-pitches rock climbing routes, up to ED+ level, and about 40 ones on snow and ice (someones in far and remote corners of the Ernici, Marsicani and Mainarde mountains, most of which not yet repeated).

The single pitches routes for the sports rock climbing, instead, are about a thousand, in Italy and in Europe.
