Adventure Outdoor Fest
Friday starts with beautiful sunshine, in Piani di Pezzè, a gorgeous and green amphitheater above the village of Alleghe (BL), with a breathtaking view on the Mountain Civetta.
Lots of different activities are available: some outdoor sports courses (trekking, climbing, Mountain Bike, Bushcrafting), some moments of spirituality and intense concentration as the Yoga classes and the workshops dedicated to Weightlessness (the art of movement and weightlessness) and Mindfulness (the here and now practice).
In the late afternoon the rain came down, but the Adventure Outdoor Fest is, by nature, an event open to the unexpected. Adventure is everywhere: it's in store for us in a walk in the forest or under a sudden downpour.
All participants took this opportunity in the proper spirit, going outside of their comfort zone, and becoming grow from new experiences and perspectives.

There were also many moments of confrontation, of exchange and of sharing with several guests, that told their fascinating experiences: Tite Togni, Almog Loven, Alberto Fistarollo during the meeting “Back to the present”, the climatologist Luca Lombroso, that, together with "Banca Etica" addressed the issue of climate change, the writers Emanuele Confortin and Davide Bubani, that introduced their books: the first dedicated to the Mountain, to the spirituality of the populations of the Himalaya, the second dedicated to the vertical dreams of the Polish mountaineer, Tomek Mackiewicz, recently deceased.
A special experience was offered by Yoga & Wine, that accompanied a practice of relaxation and sensorial opening with a tasting of wines of L’Antica Quercia, commented by the sommelier Patrizia Loiola.
Then there was a drink in the cozy hut Grande Baita Civetta, accompanied by the notes of The Leading Guy, that, with his voice and his guitar created an evocative atmosphere, and enthralled the large and enthusiastic audience.

Then the Adventure Movie Awards winners were awarded, in the presence of many members of the jury, of the Mayor of Alleghe, Danilo De Toni and Andrea Dal Farra, Marketing Director of Alleghe Funivie.
Great enthusiasm by Raimundo Gómez Vergara, that came straight from Chile to receive the Dolomites Green Award won by his documentary film Lawqa, Que el Parque vuelva a ser Parque; the prize Best Photography Award, instead, went to Paulius Neverbickas with “A Nordic Skater”; overall winner of the Golden Axe Award has been the German Philipp Becker with the documentary “Ice & Palms”. The director could not collect in person the prestigious golde axe, offered by Grivel, but he sent a funny thank-you video.
